Adds request and resolved-code context to the Freebuff invalid CLI auth-code warning. This should make it easier to distinguish stale or malformed onboard links from real cross-domain or proxy issues. The change preserves existing log fields while adding host, forwarding, origin, referer, user-agent, and resolved hash-prefix fields. Validated with
bun test freebuff/web/src/app/onboard/__tests__/helpers.test.ts.
